Yes, but: It is possible but not advisable. Ear wax medicine causes irritation and inflammation of the ear canal skin and this inflammation only leads to the ear being angry and upset. The ear canal when angry and upset just makes more wax. I almost never advise my patients to use this type of medicine preferring for them to just leave their ears alone.
