is it possible for you to have rectal bleeding with and ovarian cyst?

Rare: Generally, ovarian cysts and rectal bleeding would not be related at all. The only exception might be severe endometriosis, which could cause both ovarian cysts and rectal problems including bleeding. Unless you have severe endometriosis, they would not be related.
