A member asked:

I have a ovarian cyst that is resolving itself and bleeding into itself. the sonographer said it all looked fine, should i be concerned though?

No: These are usually corpus luteal cysts which develop subsequent to ovulation and are completely normal. You need only be concerned if it does not continue to improve and persists through a couple of cycles.
