Wait it out: If you are in the first trimester, unless the bleeding is coming from a single spot on the cervix (friable) that could be treated with silver nitrate- there isn't a way to treat bleeding in pregnancy. We typically recommend pelvic rest, and if you are further along in the pregnancy due to contractions then there are treatments to try to stop contractions, but o/w no reliable way to treat the bleed.
