Yes: Melanomas can occur anywhere on the body. Any changes to your nipple, including a dark spot, need to be examined by a doctor. Melanoma is the one type of skin cancer that can quickly spread and be life-threatening, so please have this looked at right away! melanoma is curable when caught right away.
