It depends: You have to be able to describe the 'spots' in terms of their color, size and if they are flat or raised. These aspects help us to know if it is something benign or could it be malignant(melanom ais brown or black and is usually flat and measures >5mmg/size of a pencil eraser). If the spot/s change in size or color over a period of months, then you should seek medical attention to get it checked o.
