Yes: There are racial differences in all the risk factors for heart attacks such as smoking, diabetes, cholesterol levels, high blood pressure obesity and so on. There may also be geographical and other social-economic differences in stress levels etc. Consequently with all these variables the risk profiles of different people can get very complicated.
