Different organ: Stroke affects brain. Heart attack affects heart. Stroke is mostly caused due to decreased blood supply to a part of brain or sometimes due to bleeding inside the brain. Stroke leads to headache, weakness of one side : face, hand, or leg. Heart attack occurs when blood supply to part of heart is blocked or compromised and have chest pain, panic, difficulty breathing. Both are serious problems.
