Panic Attack: Anxiety, or panic attack, can cause chest pain just like a heart attack can. If you are feeling chest pain, its a good idea to seek prompt medical attention. Sometimes only after examination with a doctor, blood tests, EKG can one tell a heart attack from a panic attack or anxiety - so - call your doctor or go to Emergency Room if you have chest pain now. Good Luck!
