Malingering?: With little research, even a beginner can simulate symptoms of the migraine. Generalized symptoms like unilateral throbbing pain with phono-photophobia etc. The problem is much deeper. Personal gain is always the motivation for malingering. Another possibility is factitious disorder, to achieve an emotional gain/attention by playing sick. The psychiatric evaluation makes the correct diagnosis.
