Low blood sugar?: 1200 calories is less than most adults' basal metabolic rate, thus low blood sugar could cause this headache. Caffeine withdrawal usually occurs within 6-24 hours of quitting it, so 2 months is too far out for that explanation. Bruxism (teeth grinding), sleep apnea, stress, or other causes of sleep deprivation could also present like this. Talk with your neurologist to get a definitive answer.
