Potentially: Recommend against drinking urine. It can cause dehydration through sodium ; minerals in the urine. Any bacteria in the urethra can contaminate the urine (hence mid-stream urine samples). Additionally, breakdown products or elements of medications may be excreted in the urine. Under no circumstances should you drink another individual’s urine.
