Maybe not enough: Certain experts say that one should drink half their body weight in ounces of water a day. You probably aren't drinking that much. It could be that you are losing fluids through perspiration, work outs or even "insensible" loss. Might be worth while to check out the function of your kidneys either through blood, or urine tests or even both
