Urophagia: Recommend against drinking urine. It can cause dehydration through sodium ; minerals in the urine. Any bacteria in the urethra can contaminate the urine. Additionally, breakdown products or elements of medications may be excreted in the urine. You should not drink another individual’s urine.

Urine and Life: Many people in our culture and in other cultures do include the playing with and drinking of a partner's urine. In my 25 years in medicine I have yet to see anyone who got a disease or other form of illness from this activity.
