May be worse: Blood in urine is a serious issue and may be a sign of cancer in the urinary system, including kidney and bladder. There are other causes of blood in urine, but you need to exclude cancer. Pain on ejaculation may be an unrelated issue that also needs to be investigated. See your doctor asap.

See a urologist: This could be orchitis, prostatits, possibly even penile cancer. You should get checked by a urologist. This is not likely to be cystitis (infection of the bladder).
