Atlhough nausea is: Not one of the classic symptoms of a sinus infection, severe pain can generate nausea.

Post nasal drainage into the esophagus secondary to sinusitis may induce nausea, but as Dr. Fowler indicates, this is somewhat unusual. Seek another cause.
