No: One lab test doesn't affect another. More seriously, the common illnesses likely to produce low TSH (hyperthyroidism, hypopituitarism) are unlikely to raise liver enzymes, and even if they did, you still desereve a workup. If they're still up after 2 weeks off alcohol ; meds, continue to labs for hepatitis, hemochromatosis, wilson's and maybe others; be ready for a rx for intensive fitness.
