Not from infection: It's unlikely that an infection will cause your beard hairs to turn white. I wonder 'what' infection you've been diagnosed with and 'what' therapy you might be on. Unfortunately as we age, our hairs will turn white eventually. If you provide more information here on HT, possibly we can help with further insights.
