Yes: You don't tell us your symptoms for needing to put sweet oil in your ear canal. It is safe as long as there is no perforation (hole) in the ear drum. Usually sweet oil or mineral is used to combat dryness and itching. If you are a q-tip user inside the canal, please stop.
