Hi, what can i do for my 6 yr old daughter with a ear ulcer? the ent says it heals on its on except sweet oil when irritation begins, is that true?

Whar's an ear ulcer,: exactly? The External Auditory Canal is lined by skin, subject to the same inflammatory diseases as skin elsewhere. The outer 1/3rd is cartilage covered by thick skin. The inner ⅔ rds is bone covered by thin skin. I'd take her to an otologist, an MD who specializes in diseases of the ear, for accurate diagnosis & treatment. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a home remedy for pain, doesn't cure anything.
