Can eczema cause small white pimples on the palms of the hands.
I think my son has dyshidrotic eczema. He has developed tiny blisters on the palm his hands and soles of his feet. It is intensely itchy and affecting him throughout the day. What can I treat it with? What could have been the possible cause?
Tiny skin-colored bumps on palms. Not itchy or painful. No rough wartlike texture -they're pretty smooth. Possible allergic reaction? I do have eczema
