help please! could blood tests which show white blood cells, red blood cells etc.. detect lymphoma and leukemia?

Probably not: And yes. CBC often normal in lymphoma and never normal in leukemia.

Probably not: Intestinal cancer can be followed by some blood tests, but not those typically used for hematologic cancers such as lymphoma. Hope this helps!
