Help! can anemia cause itching all over the body?

Unlikely: The symptoms of anemia are fatigue, pale skin, fast or irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, cold hands and feet and headache. Itching is more likely to be related to dry skin, allergies or internal problems such as liver or kidney failure (uremia).
