Not per se: An ear infection usually doesn't travel to a tooth; however, an ear infection might seem like a toothache due to the close relationship of the nerves from the mouth and the ear. So pain impulses from nerves around an ear infection can jump to a nerve coming from a tooth and the brain interprets this as a toothache.
