No: Have ear examined by physician. Have teeth examined by dentist. While referred pain is a well known phenomenon, this is not a normal pathway.

Not likely: The question is whether the pain can be referred from the ear to the tooth. The external part of your ear is innervated by auriculo temporal cranial nerve v which shares the same ganglion as the nerve that innervate your teeth (v2 and v3), but the inner pat of the ear did not share the same nerve pathway. However, this is not to say you won't have some offshoots that cause the tooth to hurt.

Vice versa: No, but sometimes tooth pain can be referred to the ear. TMJ problems also commonly cause ear symptoms.
