Yes, you can do both: Technically, you can often safely do both an abdominal or vaginal hysterectomy-usually under your insurance ; then some form of elective tummy tuck with muscle tightening or abdominal skin excision with/without moving the belly button, at the same time. Elective surgery will not likely be covered. Most docs would prefer to do them separately to keep risk down. Shop around, weigh the risks.

Convenience vs risk: Certainly this would be convenient. However there are increased risks of performing these procedures simultaneously and these primarily relate to risk of blood loss and deep venous thrombosis (clot) and pulmonary embolus. Commonly following massive weight loss, more than a tummy tuck is required such as a belt lipectomy with breast reduction and brachioplasty and thigh lift to name a few.
