A member asked:

Please tell me, could a doctor feel polyps doing a rectal exam?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Polyps: Polyps are not frequently found during a rectal exam because they are higher up in the colon and/or rectum and not able to be felt with the examiner's finger.
