Yes, some at the ---: Lower end of the neck, is very prominent bump, in a thin, skinny person. Its called the vertebra prominens (7th cervical vertebra). Seen easily in young growing kids or in adults who are rather skinny. Have it seen by your pcp, if its something you recently developed. Good luck.
