Improve sleep hygien: To help with sleep, improved sleep hygiene. To achieve this, try to go sleep and wake up at the same time every day (including weekends), avoid things that can significantly alter your sleep patterns (alchohol, drugs, caffeine), exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime, and keep stimulating things (tv, computer, cell phone, video games) out of the bedroom. Try to get red of excess stress at work!
