Can you tell me if there are tests for vagus nerve in neck if damaged?

Why do you ask?: Where did you get idea that your vagus nerve is damaged? Vagal input on the right affects the heart rate, and on left predominantly, the other internal organs within the thorax and abdomen. Vagal function can be tested, but I have NO clue as to why you are asking your question.
