Yes: I would recommend seeing a physician as soon as possible to rule out a couple things. Are you a smoker? Have a doc rule out lung cancer, as well as emphysema. Then, after that, consider looking at other things. First, however, see a doc to rule out serious issues as those three things can be seen in either of the above diagnosis.
