Possibly: These are possible pre-cursor symptoms to preterm labor. Preterm labor typically feels like menstrual cramping, or like someone is tightening a belt around your uterus. If you're worried, a cervical length ultrasound or check from doctor can rule this out. Given that the baby is quite pre-term at this point, it never hurts to go to l;d to be evaluated in the event that it is preterm labor.
