After a colonoscopy: Having had a full bowel prep most folks will not have a bowel movement for 1-3 days. If it is longer than that i would discuss with your endoscopist. Preps can dehydrate which also leads to constipation so drink 80-100 oz caffeine free/alcohol free fluid leading up to and after colonoscopy to avoid in the future.
