Aching joints.....: This is a loaded question and is best answered by seeing your doctor. S/he would be able to run some blood tests and other work up to pinpoint the problem - dont take any advice online, you need to be evaluated for treatment plan to begin.

Many possibilities : Arthritis conditions, Lyme disease, viral infections, depression, sleep disorders. Probably need to start with your Family Doctor for work up.
