How to move breech baby on my own?

Some ideas: A position that gets your hips higher than your shoulders can help, either lying on slanted board, or the "knee chest" position with your chest on the bed or floor and your hips up (like small kids sometimes sleep), for 15-20 min at a time, 2-3 times a day. There are acupressure points that seem to help babies move from breech: ask an acupuncturist for help.

You should not: Depending on the month of pregnancy, the fetus may normally be in a breech position, and many fetuses that are breech during the early third trimester will "self-correct" during the last trimester. While there are various methods described for turning a breech baby, none have been sufficiently tested or proven. You should not try these on your own without first discussing with your obstetrician.
