Anything: The presence of anti-thyroid antibodies suggests that you are more at risk to develop thyroid disease. The results of total and free t3 (liothyronine) and T4 depend on whether the thyroid is under active attack by the autoimmune process and the stage of the disease. Usually there is an initial phase of overactivity followed by under-activity (hypothyroid with low t3 (liothyronine) and t4) as the disease progresses.
