Normal for you: Since it's been like that for as long as you remember, and you don't have any symptoms , then that's how you are. Don't worry too much

Hard to believe: Hello at your age, it would be very hard to feel the suture line of your skull. If you have a medical condition that prevented the closure of these suture lines, which occurs when you are very young, it may be possible. Best to see a doctor who can obtain a ct scan to address your concerns.
