I would...: After re-evaluation and IV fluids the er providers may be able to reassure you and send you home again, but given how you feel the smart answer is "yes--go get rechecked.".

Yes.: The er physician sends you home when they believe it is likely that you will improve and do well. However, in some cases patients' conditions worsen. You should return if you are feeling worse.
