She could have DM: Take her to her pediatrician to check out all these symptoms. She'll need to be fasting for lab studies. For vulvar irritation, stop bubble baths/sitting in soapy water. Use cotton undies. Show her how to wipe front to back, once with each wet wipe, after using the the toilet, sit in tub with 1 cup of vinegar to 6" of water & if overweight, sit backwards on the toilet to urinate.
