For concussion seek medical care. Seek urgent treatment for loss of consciousness, on-going confusion, seizures, unequal pupils, recurrent vomiting, change.

You should be okay: I'm going to assume you do not have ongoing bad headache, nausea / vomiting and you don't feel anything's bad-wrong. Death from epidural hematoma usually follows a really nasty blow to the head, and within a few hours.
