Hmmmm: What kind of sleeping tablets are you taking? Sounds unlikely. I'd put my money on the other meds you've listed; the underlying insomnia (stress-related) or the sle which you listed as one of your conditions. Some sleeping pills can affect your memory, but it's generally short term. Hair loss can be from a lot of things, but sleeping pills aren't the first thing i think about.

When I try to fall asleep it is as if I cannot get enough air. When this happens I get goosebumps and than have to get up. Usually that is the end of any further sleep. It is as if I actively resist wanting to go to sleep. Anything like a nose hair?
