Constant pain: Radiating pain from the front to the back can be from the aorta. If you have risk factors such as high cholesterol, obesity, high blood pressure etc. You should see a physician right away to rule out any aortic aneurysm. On the other hand it could just be heart burn, muscle spasm or something minor but you can't bet your life on it.
