Migraines pacemaker: I am not sure why you have a pacemaker at such a young age but the device should not be contributing to your headache. In addition many of the drugs used to treat migraines have warnings about the heart. That is not related to pacemakers. It more for people who have blocked arteries. Migraine drugs can cause spasm of the artery and result in some chest pain.
