Hmmm: 3 lesions do not sound good. But lesions are just things that stick out. I would ask your doctor what they think. Do you need a repeat scan in 4-6 months? I assume they did the study with contrast as they could see veins. Usually you have to use contrast to see the veins. Did the lesions light up with contrast? Ask. And get a second opinion if you can.
