A day after using nonoxynol 9 i had my period and after the normal circle still have light and sometimes brownish spotting. should i be worried?

If LMP was normal: Then you are not likely to be pregnant. However menometrorrhagia is not normal. Brown spotting is not necessarily bleeding. You also state it happens more than once. So it is not likely related to pregnancy but if you continue to have brown spotting or miss a period you should see your physician.
