Premenstrual spottin: It is common to have premenstrual spotting as you said but if it is first time and probably you should trace 3 months mens to see if reoccurs then you should see your Gyn for check out as it is not uncommom of your age. It is likely mild cervicitis which usually will self resolved if you have a healthy life style and eating habits. Good luck
