Go to ER today...: You need to be examined and evaluated. Your doctor will be looking for fast heart rate, along with pleuritic chest pain, may have some difficulty breathing . It could be something less urgent but you really should not wait. If you are forming blood clots and they are going to your lungs that is a medical emergency and you should not delay an evaluation. Make arrangements with your local er.
