Salivary glands.: Some salivary glands get inflamed due to viral infection. Also they may swallow due to obstruction of the "tube" (conduct) that empties saliva into the mouth. You can test with lemon juice as to stimulate the secretion of saliva. If you have calculus, big enough, surgery will be necessary . If virus, take medicine. See first if disappears in 7 days. If not, see a dentist.
