I noticed dried crust discharge on my left nipple and my breast feels rough and i think there is a lump. the right is normal feeling and no discharge ?

Discharge not normal: Nipple discharge is only normal if you're in late pregnancy or recently delivered or if you are breast-feeding. An exception may be in distance runners who's shirts continually rub the nipples. Bloody discharge is never normal. Discharge and a mass, found together, is frankly concerning and should be evaluated by a primary care doctor as soon as possible.
