Call dentist ASAP: You need to discuss with your dentist whether the fillings are touching a nerve versus an infection that is spreading. You need a physical exam to come to a diagnosis. Don't wait too long!

Bite needs evening: When you have multiple fillings placed, it can be difficult to tell if your bite is exactly even while you are numb. It's highly likely that you need to have one or more of the fillings shaved down a bit to even out your bite. The improvement can happen very quickly afterwards, often over night. Call your dentist and ask him to check the evenness of your bite.

Could be....: One of several things. The nerve of the tooth could be irritated. Solution - root canal treatment. The filling could be to high. Solution - have dentist adjust it. The tooth could have a hairline fracture. Solution - onlay or crown, possible root canal needed. Return to your dentist. They should be able to figure this out and treat the problem.
